Responsibilities
- Convert legacy documents into modern Word files.
- Recreate complex document layouts with accuracy.
- Work with tables, references, and inline objects.
- Apply consistent document styles and templates.
- Organize sections and document structure.
- Improve clarity, formatting, and professional polish.
- Work independently on a flexible remote schedule.
Requirements
- Expert-level Microsoft Word skills.
- Strong understanding of document styles.
- Experience with templates, sections, tables, and references.
- Knowledge of track changes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear written English.
- Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule.
- Experience preparing reports, professional documents, or business documentation.
